Onuora Valentino

Biography

Onuora Valentino is a graduate assistant in the department of Microbiology, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He obtained a B.Sc (2nd class honours, upper division) in Microbiology from the University of Nigeria in November, 2008 and is currently running an M.Sc in industrial microbiology in the same university. His research interest includes uses of microorganisms in production and enhancement of industrial processes and health products, research into the physiology of microorganisms for manipulation in industry, and the genetic mechanics involved in ml propagation and inducement of diseases. He has worked both in the education sector as a secondary school teacher and in the financial sector as an assistant bursar and as a funds transfer officer, customer service officer and sub-branch manager in Bank PHB. He has been involved in a number of publications within the school community, both academic and non-academic. He is currently publishing a joint paper with some members of his faculty.
