Otitoju Grace Taiwo Olawale

Biography

Otitoju, Grace Taiwois aSenior Lecturer from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. She obtained her NCE (Biology Edu.) in 1996; B.Sc. Biology (Biology Education) in 2000 and M.Sc. (Human Nutrition) in 2004. She had her Ph.Ddegreein Human Nutrition with interest in Nutritional Toxicology from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2014). She currently teaches organisms in the environment, family, sexual and secondary character, nutrition and health, Public health and environmental pollution in Natural Science unit while in Home Science, Nutrition and Dietetics Department, she teaches courses like Human physiology and pathology, Advances in human nutrition, Recipe, development and testing, Consumer education, Institutional equipment and management, Child care practices, family development as well as supervising undergraduate’s project. She is a member of the postgraduate board. Otitoju, G.T.O is a memberof Nutrition Society of Nigeria (NSN), African Nutrition Society (ANS), and International Union of Nutrition Socienty (IUNS). She has attended many academic conferences with paper presentations and has many published articles in reputable national and international journals.
