Biography

Mr. Paul Frabcis Bruce Hollands has been the Chairman of A&W Food Services of Canada Inc., since August 2015. Mr. Hollands has been the Chief Executive Officer of A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. 2005 and served as its President since 2002. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of A&W Trade Marks Inc., since November 2004. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund. He joined A&W Food Services in 1980 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 1995. He served the Chairman of the Canadian Association of Income Funds and the Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association. He serves as a Director of A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the Faculty Advisory Board, Sauder School of Business, the University of B.C. He served as the Chairman of the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation and serves as its Director. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Sauder School of Business, the University of B.C. Mr. Hollands is a recognized leader in the Canadian restaurant industry and within the Canadian business community. He is a recipient of the first class of Canada's national Top 40 Under 40 leadership award. Mr. Hollands holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
