Biography
Gro Kielland has 33 years experience from the oil & gas industry. She has worked for 20 years in different positions in and outside Norway for BP, and was Managing Director of BP Norway from 2005 to 2008, and Chairman of the Board for the same company after stepping down. Kieland Is chairing the Boards of a number of Hitec Vision owned Companies (currently in addition to Agility Subsea Fabrication also Minox, Momek, Flux and Align), and is also involved on a non executive level with other companies as ASCO Norge AS, Det norske, Ulstein Gruppen, Falck-Nutec and S3-ID. Kielland holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma of Education from the Institute of Technology in Trondheim.
