Biography
Atle Tranøy (born 1957) is the main constituency of Aker ASA. He has been a full-time trustee in Aker companies since 1983, first in Kværner Stord. He is also the head of the European Works Council in Aker. Tranøy has been employed in Kværner Stord since 1976. He is a graduate plumber. As of 31 December 2016, Tranøy owns no shares in Aker ASA and has no options. Tranøy is a Norwegian citizen. He has been selected for the period 2017-2019.
