Biography
Finn Berg Jacobsen (born 1940) holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a state-authorized public accountant. He has held several positions within Arthur Andersen & Co, among others as regional manager for the Nordic region from 1983 to 1999. From 2001 to 2005, Berg Jacobsen worked as CFO and staff manager Aker Kværner ASA. He is now working as an adviser in corporate governance and finance. He has been appointed as a member of a variety of committees and committees in auditing and accounting. In 2000 he was awarded St. Olav's Order, 1st Grade Knight, for his contribution to the development of accounting and accounting in Norway. As of 31 December 2016, Berg Jacobsen owns 5 159 shares in Aker ASA, through FBJ-Consulting AS, and has no options. Berg Jacobsen is a Norwegian citizen. He has been selected for the period 2016-2018.
