Biography
Atle Teigland was elected by the employees of Aker Solutions to the board of directors in October 2004. He also served on the boards of Aker ASA and Aker RGI for several years. Teigland is a group union representative for Aker Solutions on a full-time basis and has been employed by Aker Solutions since 1978. Teigland is a certified electrician. As of April 20, 2017, he holds 8,751 shares in the company and has no stock options. Teigland is a Norwegian citizen. He has been elected for the period 2017-2019.
