Biography

  Mr. John Edward Berriman, BA, BSc, BEng, MSc, MBA, has been Consultant since May 2004. Mr. Berriman serves as the General Manager of Lonza Biologics PLC. He served as an Executive at Quester Ltd. He served as a Consultant to Abingworth Management from March 1997 to August 2001. Mr. Berriman has significant experience in the biotech industry at board and operational level and as a Strategic Consultant. Mr. Berriman spent 14 years with Celltech Group pl. He was the Founder of Celltech Therapeutics, Limited (Celltech Biologics) and served as its Director of Business Development. He has been the Chairman of ReNeuron Group plc since March 2015. Mr. Berriman has been the Chairman of Pronota NV since May 30, 2007. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Autifony Therapeutics Limited. Mr. Berriman serves as the Deputy Chairman at Algeta ASA and served as its Chairman of the Board since September 8, 2004. He served as the Chairman of Heptares Therapeutics Ltd. He served as the Chairman of MyCartis NV from May 30, 2007 to 2012 and served as its Director. He served as Vice Chairman and Director of Cytos Biotechnology AG since May 2012. He served as Executive Deputy Chairman and Director of Oxxon Therapeutics, Inc. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board of Micromet Inc. and served as its Director from May 2006 to March 07, 2012. He has been a Director of Algeta ASA since September 08, 2004. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Cytos AG. He serves as a Director of Autolus Limited.
