Claudia Pokorny

Biography

As a proven specialist with appropriate qualifications and a wide range of experience, Claudia Pokorny has been in charge of Human Resources at AOP Orphan since the middle of 2015. Early on during her studies in business administration, Claudia Pokorny specialized in HR management and complemented this know-how with a range of additional qualifications. After completing her studies, she worked for a number of years in the field of international sales at various industrial and trading companies, gaining insights into very different occupational areas. She then went on to develop training courses as a project manager at the non-profit organization abz*austria, which is dedicated to promoting women’s careers; this gave her experience in the area of diversity. Following this, she spent four years at Sanofi in Vienna where she was responsible for recruitment and development. In her most recent position, Claudia Pokorny was heading the HR team at Nestlé Nespresso, where she designed forward-looking programs, processes and tools.
