Biography
Mark joined the company as Executive Vice President and President, Life Sciences Solutions, in 2014 through the acquisition of Life Technologies. In August 2017, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for all of Thermo Fisher’s life sciences-related businesses as well as our R&D and digital strategies. Mark previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Life Technologies, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Applied Biosystems prior to its merger with Invitrogen Corporation in 2008.
