Biography
graduated from the WrocÅ‚aw University . He has over 15 years experience in human resources management, gained in Polish and international organizations, His career in HR started in the Paints and Varnishes Plant ÅšNIEÅ»KA SA, where with the then management he floated the company on the stock exchange in 2003. In 2005–2011 in his capacity as Human Resources Director, he was responsible for managing the process of change and relations with the social partner in the international pharmaceutical company – Fresenius Kabi – leader in the field of infusion therapy and clinical nutrition.
