Biography
Richard Spoor joined Thermo Fisher in April 2017 as Senior Vice President of Global Business Services. Prior to joining our company, Richard served since June 2014 as Global Head of Product Supply for Bayer Consumer Health, after leading global procurement for Bayer Healthcare for three years. From 2005 to 2011, he was with Merck & Co., serving most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Procurement. Earlier in his career, Richard held various business, procurement and operational leadership positions at leading companies, including Nokia, QP Group and GE Lighting, with responsibilities in the Americas, Asia-Pacific region and Europe.
