Biography
Benedicte Fossum (born 1962) has been a member of the Board since 2012. She was reelected in March 2016. Ms. Fossum holds several directorships in private and public companies including Probi AB, Patogen AS and Smartfish AS. Ms. Fossum is one of the founders of Pharmaq AS. Until January 2010, Ms. Fossum held the position as Director of Strategic Development, Legal Affairs and M&A in Pharmaq AS. Ms. Fossum has held various positions in Alpharma Inc. and the Norwegian Medicines Agency (Statens Legemiddelverk). Ms. Fossum holds a B.Sc. Veterinary Medicine from Norges Veterinærhøgskole.
