Biography
Mr. Manuel H. Puey serves as an Independent Director of Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Puey served as President and CEO of PNOC Shipping from December 2006 until May 2011. He also held various positions at different shipping and maritime companies. In 1971, he was the Chairman and CEO of Intermodal Shipping, Inc. He also served as Chairman of Skanfil Maritime Inc. in 1975. He acted as President of Transport Systems, Inc. and Hi Marketing Corp. in the years 1972 and 1974. He also served as Managing Director in Tokyo Pacific Shosi KK in 1973. At present, Mr. Puey serves as Chairman and President of Anna Cristina Farms
