Biography
Ms. Maricel V. Blanco serves as an Internal Audit Manager of Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. since 2009. She worked in the Internal Audit Department of Executive Optical, Carlos J. Valdes & Associates, CPAs, and Capwire Telecommunications. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Major in Accounting from the University of the East.
