Biography
Eduardo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He worked for 9 years in Alfa Laval as Commercial Manager for the offices of Chile and Peru. He has more than 10 years in the fishmeal industry, having held positions as Maintenance Manager and Fleet Manager.
