Biography
Has served as Chairman of the Board of the Company since 2006. He is a partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors in Advokatfirma Ræder DA in Oslo. He has rendered legal assistance with respect to establishing and organizing several technology and innovation companies within this line of business. His directorships over the last five years include current board positions in Idex ASA (Chairman), Total Sports Online AS, Glommen Eiendom AS, Chaos AS, K-Konsult AS, and former directorships in Fileflow Technologies AS and A. Sundvall AS. Mr. Opstad was born in 1953 and is a Norwegian citizen.
