Carolina has a Cand. Phil. Degree in humanities and has also studied business and organizational strategies. Worked several years as marketing and export consultant and for 10 years held various senior roles within the medical industry. Carolina has twelve years of overall management experience in sales and marketing where she also had recruitment and personnel responsibilities.
