"Johanna Rostad Ellefsen has broad customer experience in the field of communication and government relations. She is a sought-after project manager with responsibility for progress and deliveries to several of First House's major customers. Johanna came to First House from the position of adviser and speechwriter for Industry Minister, Trond Giske. She also has experience from the civil service in the same ministry. Johanna often serves as a consultant for customers who want to understand and influence political decision-making. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Bergen."
