Biography
Kari Holm Hejna has extensive experience as an adviser in corporate communications and financial market communications. She has advised on several of the largest IPOs in Norway and on a number of mergers and acquisitions. Kari has been CFO and IR chief in listed companies and has extensive management experience in finance, administration and IR / finance. She has worked as a communications consultant since 2000 and was general manager of consulting agencies GCI Monsen (2004-2006) and MonsenHejna (2006-2009). She works as a consultant with an emphasis on corporate communications and financial communications. Kari is also Chairman of the board for First House.
