Biography
Mette Rostad (1964) has been a member of the Board of Gjensidige since 2012. She is self-employed. Rostad is chairman of the board of Innherred Boligbyggelag and Visit Innherred. She is deputy chairman of Innherred Renovasjon. Rostad has previously been CFO of Aker Verdal, managing director of Aker FDV, and managing director of Clean-Tech Mid-Norway. She is a graduate of the Norwegian Business School BI. Rostad is up for election to the Board in 2017. Rostad held 1,550 shares in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA, including any shares held by closely related parties as at 31 December 2016 (last change 10 November 2015)
