Biography
Mr. George W. Bickerstaff III serves as the Managing Director of M.M. Dillon & Co., LLC and CRT Private Equity. Mr. Bickerstaff joined M.M. Dillon & Co. in 2005 and is its Partner. He served as the Managing Director at CRT Capital Group LLC specializing in healthcare banking since 2005. Prior to joining CRT Capital Group, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Novartis Pharma AG located in Basel, Switzerland from October 2000 to May 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Workscape, Inc. from December 1999 to September 2000 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Bickerstaff held various positions with Novartis International AG From July 1998 to December 1999, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Uniscribe Professional Services, Inc.
