Biography
Mr. Jose S. Navarro serves as a Independent Director of Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. since 2012. He was the past Director of the University of Asia and the Pacific’s Entrepreneurial Management Program. Currently, he is Executive Director of the Continuing Management Education Program of the same university. He is also a director for Strategos, Inc. and serves as a consultant for Raquel Pawnshops Inc. Mr. Navarro is also an advisor to the National Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development
