Biography
Mrs Ulltveit-Moe has been a board member in Kverneland ASA since 2006. She is a professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Oslo. She has previously worked as a Research Director at SNF and NHH. Karen Helene Ulltveit-Moe is a board member in I.M. Skaugen ASA and Gassnova SF, and is in addition a member of the Corporate Assembly in Norske Skog and board member of Representatives in Storebrand ASA. She has also participated in several Government appointed official committees, including the Financial Crisis Committee. She has a degree from the University of Mannheim in Germany and Dr. oecon from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. She is a non-independent board member.
