Marit Røed Ødegaard

Biography

 Mrs Ødegaard is Head of Talent Management & Sourcing in Yara International ASA. Prior to that, she was HR Manager at Yara’s head office in Oslo and Deputy Country Manager, Yara Norge. She has been employed in Norsk Hydro ASA since 1986 and in Yara International ASA since the separation in 2004, and held different positions within the Group’s operations in Norway and abroad. She has been a board member of Grenland Industriutvikling and deputy board member of The Institute of Industrial Economics, Bergen. At present she is a board member of Grégoire ASA. She holds a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and a Master of International Strategy from London Business School and Keio University, Tokyo.
