Biography
Graduate from the Academy of Finance in Warsaw (former University of Insurance and Banking), received the Master of Arts in Financial Services (MAFS) degree from the Bornemouth University, UK. Attended numerous training courses in sales to individual customers and B2B, as well as managerial and specialist courses.
Research Interest
Since 1993, involved in insurance and investment product sale. During his professional career worked for, among others, the Winterthur Group - Credit Suisse, where he acted as the Training Department Director and co-created the sales strategy for individual customers. From late 2002, held the position of Sales Support Director at LUX MED, being responsible for, among others, product creation and valuation, recruitment and training, and cooperation with insurance companies. In January 2008, took the position of Central Sales Structures Director and became co-responsible for the overall sales results of the company. Since September 2008, in charge of Sales Department at the LUX MED Group, being responsible for, among others, sale of corporate services and development of sales network.
