Biography
Mr. Knut Brundtland has been the Chief Executive Officer at ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA since 2010. Mr. Brundtland served as Group Chief Executive Officer of VOSS of Norway ASA. He served as a Partner of Advokatfirma BAHR from 1993 to 2005. He has experience in corporate finance as his specialty and served as a Lawyer. Mr. Brundtland serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of various companies such as Creditsafe Business Information N.V., Futuris Asset Management AB, Try Reklamebyrå AS, Contopronto AS, Try AS, Youngstorvet Eiendom AS, Wood AS, Sealbay AS, VANN ASA and ContexVision AB. Mr. Brundtland serves as the Chairman and Member of Corporate Assembly at Orkla ASA. He served as the Chairman of Kebony AS since April 2007. He served as the Chairman of ContextVision AB. He served as the Chairman of VOSS of Norway ASA from 2005 to August 2008. He served as the Chairman of Norwegian Property ASA from April 2006 to April 30, 2008. Mr. Brundtland served as Director of Norgani Hotels ASA, Wintershall Norge ASA since June 24, 2005, Norwegian Property ASA and VOSS of Norway ASA since 2002. He served as a Director of SharpView AB since 2007 and BW Gas Ltd. since 2005. He served as an Independent Director of Unison Forsikring ASA since 2002. He serves as the Chairman of the financial committee at Arbeiderpartiet, Norway's Labour Party. He also serves as the Chairman of Election Committee of Goodtech ASA. Mr. Brundtland holds a Law Degree from the University of Oslo in 1989. He also holds a Master of Law Degree from the University of Oslo.
