Biography
Anne-Lene Midseim has worked for Hydro since 1998, including as Company Secretary, Head of Staffs in Bauxite & Alumina, Head of CSR and Legal Counsel. In 2006 and 2007 she worked for the Norwegian Oil for Development project as resident Legal Advisor to the Minister of Petroleum. Before joining Hydro, Midseim worked as Lawyer for Norwegian Law firm Vogt & co and Executive Officer in the Ministry of Oil and Energy. Midseim has a law degree from the University of Oslo.
