Biography
Mr. Peter Hutton serves as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Statoil ASA.He served as Head of Investor Relations at Statoil ASA since January 1, 2015. Previously, Mr. Hutton served as a Director of Oil and Gas Research at RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Research Division and covered its energy and utilities sector. He has broad international experience from the oil and gas industry. Mr. Hutton has spent 12 years in the oil and gas industry and 16 years within the financial industry. He served as Equity Analyst at CM-CIC Market Solutions, Research Division. Mr. Hutton served as Oil Analyst at NCB Group Limited, Research Division and oversaw its Oil, Gas and Shipping sectors. He was employed at CM-CIC Securities, Research Division and served as an Analyst at European Securities Network LLP. Mr. Hutton holds a Master of Arts degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford, UK and a Diploma in international politics and the Middle East from Birkbeck College, UK.
