Biography
Mr. Thurmann joined NOCC in 2015. Prior to this he was employed at Frontline Management AS since 2007 as Fleet Manager working with different types of ships, including PCTC's. He has further experience from 3rd party ship management, PCTC owner and classification society. Mr. Thurmann holds a M.Sc. degree (Sivilingeniør) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTH/NTNU) (1989).
