Biography
Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee Chairperson Ms. Deursen holds non-executive director positions with Bemis Company, Inc., Actuant Corporation, Capstone Turbine Corporation, and Anson Industries, Inc. She served on BP’s Top-Forty Executive Team as Group Vice President, Petrochemicals from 2003 to 2005 and Group Vice President, Strategy from 2001 to 2003. Prior to these executive appointments, Ms. Van Deursen held a variety of senior positions with BP and Amoco in Chicago, London, and Hong Kong and has served on the boards of directors of the American Chemistry Council and Amoco’s joint ventures in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. Ms. Van Deursen holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Michigan. As of 31 March 2016, Ms. Van Deursen owns 2 000 PGS shares.
