Biography
Ter holds a First Class Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Nanyang Technology University in Singapore.Ter joined REC after 16 years at Tech Semiconductor (S) Pte, Ltd., where he had risen from Process and Equipment Engineer to become Operations Director. Ter Soon Kim has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations. His particular strengths are in the fields of technology transfer project management, yield improvements, process and equipment engineering knowledge and lean manufacturing.
