Biography
"Peter founded Smedvig Capital in 1996 with Johnny Hewett and was Chairman until retiring in 2016. He is Chairman of the Smedvig Group of companies including Smedvig Property and the Smedvig Family Office in Stavanger, Norway. Until 2006, he chaired the NYSE listed Smedvig asa, an international oil field services business. Peter has a track record of over 35 years of successful industrial and venture investing. Over that time he has accumulated extensive operational experience in a variety of general management positions. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business."
