Biography

 "Wanda has acted as an advisor to Smedvig Capital since 2000 and brings extensive marketing and regulatory expertise. She has held many senior / directorship marketing positions at companies like Yves Rocher, BA AIRMILES and Thomas Cook.   Wanda is currently Chair of the Senet Group and of True North Human Capital. In 2016 she became a lay member of the of the Queen’s Counsel Appointments panel and in 2017 was appointed as Chair of the Office of Legal Complaints, the board that runs the legal ombudsman service.   Wanda’s role with Smedvig Capital is varied; she acts as an advisor in the investment decision process, mentors senior portfolio company staff and retains board seats.   "
