Biography
As Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Development, Charles brings over 20 years of experience in working with a large range of technology companies providing investor relations counsel, strategy, financing alternatives, and M&A. Prior to joining Smith Micro, Charles was the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at eGain Corporation as well as having co-founded The MKR Group, serving as its President. He has worked with over 50 companies with market caps ranging from $10 million to $2.5 billion and is well known on Wall Street for having a strong marketing presence throughout many diverse industries. Charles holds a BA degree in Economics from Iowa State University.
