Biography
Borgen holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian Technical University College (NTH) and Technische Hochschule Darmstadt (THD) in Germany. He has completed a master's degree in project management at BI Norwegian Business School in 2000. The castle has 20 years of experience from the energy industry and 17 of these are in Statnett . He has previously held several management positions in Statnett and BKK, and has had a number of directorships in the industry.
