Biography
Kristensen has a master degree in electrical engineering from NTNU Trondheim and started his career in Statnett in 2000. Before that, he was engaged by NVE – the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate. He has held different positions in Statnett, covering tariff design, international consultancy and substation engineering. He also chaired the Statnett branch of Tekna – the Norwegian Society of Graduate Technical and Scientific Professionals – for several years.
