Biography
Østli is Cand. Scient. in informatics and also holds further education in management from Henley Business School. He is the group manager for development of operating and market systems, ICT infrastructure, ICT strategy, IT user services and ERP systems. He has over 20 years of experience in technology management from the telecommunications, media and IT industries, including various positions in Telenor, Schibsted and NRK.
