Biography

  Mr. Roger D. Kitterman is a Co-Founder, Managing Director and Member of Executive Board at Mass Medical Angels. Mr. Kitterman serves as a Vice President, Venture and Managing Partner at Partners Innovation Fund. He is a Managing Partner of Partners Innovation Fund, LLC. He serves as Executive Director of Boston Biomedical Innovation Center. He serves at Partners Innovation Fund II, L.P. He serves as Executive Director of Venture. He serves as an Associate Director at Center for Innovative Ventures. He also advises early stage companies as a part of NIH's Commercialization Assistance Program. He serves as the President of TargAnox, Inc. He has also been the startup Chief Executive Officer for three venture backed companies. He has also been the startup Chief Executive Officer for three venture-backed companies. He was a General Partner/Managing Partner at Mi3 Venture Partners. Prior to joining Mi3 Venture Partners in 2003, he was a Managing Director at Lee Munder Venture Partners. He served as a General Partner at Medical Imaging Innovation & Investments Limited Partnership. He served at Boston University's Community Technology Fund, where he was the Director of New Ventures. He made venture capital investments in the life sciences, developed and managed spinouts from the university and Boston Medical Center and was also responsible for the development and management of new technologies. He began his venture capital career with the Bulgarian-American Enterprise Fund. He has been a Board Observer at Magenta Therapeutics, Inc. since October 24, 2017. He serves as a Director of Provasculon, VisionScope, TargAnox, Inc., Synovex and Sebacia., RaNA Therapeutics, Innovative Ventures, Tilos Therapeutics, Inc., and Center for Innovative Ventures. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Commons Global Health Fund, L.P. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Intellectal Property Office of Children's Hospital Boston. Mr. Kitterman is an experienced venture capital investor with more than 15 years in the industry and has guided multiple venture backed companies through the earliest stages of development. He served as a Director at Spero Therapeutics, Inc. He served as a Director of FlowMedica, Inc and Daktari Diagnostics, Inc. Mr. Kitterman holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Business Development from the Columbia School of Business and an AB from Harvard College.
