Ms Kvåle has more than 20 years of experience from the biotech industry. She has been chief financial officer of NorDiag (publicly listed company), Kavli Holding and Dynal Biotech, and she has held senior management positions at Invitrogen/Life Technologies/now Thermo Fisher (US). She is currently a director of the board of Bonesupport AB. Ms Kvåle has a diploma in finance and administration from Harstad University College (1990).
