Biography
Mr. Osborne has more than 30 years' experience in human resources leadership roles, beginning with his work at IBM in 1981, where he held positions in New York and Japan. In 1989, he joined Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO), where he led HR teams in petrochemical and coal industries in Philadelphia, Hong Kong, London and Denver before joining the corporate HR team in Los Angeles as head of executive and management development.
