Biography
Ricardo led the realignment and restructuring of the LATAM Area, positioning it as one of the top performers across EM BU, and Takeda Brazil as one of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the country. He also secured a number of acquisitions as well as launched the Oncology business in the region for Takeda’s potentially life-saving and life-transforming medicines. Under his leadership, Takeda was recognised for the first time as a Top Employer in all seven countries across the LATAM region, and also received several other HR awards, such as Great Place to Work.
