Biography
Frode Lillebakken (born 1968) was raised in Horten and has been working as Legal Director of Telia Norway since the merger between TeliaSonera and Tele2 in February 2015. Prior to this he was the legal director of Tele2's Norwegian businesses. After Lillebakken completed his law studies at the University of Oslo, he worked as a partner in the law firm Hellerøy & Co, and as a lawyer at Kvale & Co. Lillebakken also has command education from the Navy in technology and weapons, as well as education in EU law and comparative law from the Belgian Catholic University of Leuven.
