Biography
Johan Eriksson joined The Abraaj Group as a Director in the Real Estate Investment team and has more than twelve years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining The Abraaj Group, Mr. Eriksson was a Partner in Queensgate Investments, a real estate private equity firm, focusing on a wide range of strategies, including income-producing real estate, greenfield developments and opportunistic corporate transactions across geographies and asset classes. Before joining Queensgate Investments, Mr. Eriksson was an Investment Manager at Benson Elliot Capital Management, a real estate private equity firm, focusing on real estate and real estate-backed transactions and special situations investments across Europe. Mr. Eriksson started his career with Merrill Lynch as part of the real estate investment banking team in London. He holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
