Biography
Laura Connolly is a Principal in the Investor Engagement team based in London where she is responsible for investor due diligence across The Abraaj Group’s private equity funds. Prior to joining Abraaj in August 2012, Ms. Connolly worked at Deutsche Bank in London within Corporate Finance in the EMEA Chief Operating Officer’s team. In this role, she worked closely with Senior Management to implement global strategies and streamline client coverage efforts across the investment bank. Ms. Connolly held specific responsibilities for the business management of Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ms. Connolly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic with Middle Eastern Studies and Economics from Durham University, UK
