Biography
Dr Ashwini Sharma is working as Associate Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering. He joined the University in March 2007. He did his Postgraduate Diploma in Steam Engineering form Forbes Marshall Ltd. Pune, and MTech (Production) from GNDEC, Ludhiana. He started his teaching career from August 1999. He has a total of over 16 years of teaching experience. He has been involved in teaching for various UG courses. He teaches Manufacturing Science, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Processes and Industrial Engineering. He has set up and modernized the CAD Lab in the Department. He is actively involved in research. He is PhD from NIT Kurukshetra. His area of specialization is Supply Chain Management. He is a Faculty advisor of Society of Automotive Engineers at The NorthCap University, Life member of ISTE and IIIE. He has publications in international journals and conferences of repute and has filed two patents on the government funded projects.
