Biography
Dr Feras Al-Hakkak is working as associate professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department. Prior to joining NCU, he worked as a researcher in Iran Telecommunications Research Center and also taught various courses in Tehran and Amirkabir Universities. His areas of specialization are biomechanics, tensegrity structures, and solid design. Dr. Hakkak is currently teaching machine design in NCU, and is engaged with research on mechanics of bamboo structures. To date, he has had fifteen national and international publications.
