Biography
Dr K M Mital is the co-founder and Director, GIFT School of Human Values and Management, Ethos, (a constituent school of the Global Institute of Flexible Systems Management (GIFT), a society for the promotion of flexibility in management. He is a former President of the GIFT Society (2012-2013). Dr Mital is BE (Mech), Agra University, ME (Production) and PhD in Industrial Engineering. He has extensive corporate experience having worked in in various capacities in three major public enterprises in the energy sector, namely, BHEL (16 years), ONGC (9 years) and Engineers India 12 years. He has been a Professor at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee, and at IILM Institute for Higher Education, New Delhi.
