Biography
Dr. Praveen Kumar Lohchab began his career in 2011 as a Lecturer in Law with Delhi Institute of Rural Development, Delhi (affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi). He did his Ph.D on e-waste management laws from Faculty of Law, M D University, Rohtak. He teaches Environmental Law, Property Law and Law & Justice in a Globalized World. He started his career as a legal associate in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh with the firm R.K. Sihag & Associates, Chandigarh. Dr. Lohchab is the recipient of the Gold-Medal for securing First rank in the Annual University Merit List in 2007. Dr. Lohchab has authored 15 research papers in peer-reviewed National and International journals. He has actively participated in many National and International conferences and workshops. Recently, he has published his first e-book entitled “Global E-Waste Management Laws”.
