Biography
Dr Sushmita Biswal Waraich has done her Ph.D in Psychology (OB & HR) from Delhi University. She holds P.G. Diplomas in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management as well as in Training and Development. She has over 14 years of work experience in industry, research and teaching (visiting and full time) at B-schools which includes teaching at corporates like Ericsson and Genpact (formerly GECIS). Her areas of teaching are primarily HRM and OB. She is also passionate about teaching Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She has worked on research projects funded by ICSSR, Ministry of Commerce and Tata McGraw Hill. She has a number of publications/presentations in national and international refereed journals and conferences. She has contributed chapters in edited books published by Cambridge University Press & Springer. She has a business case published to her credit in Harvard. She received the “Best Dissertation Paper” Award at the 7 th National Research Conference, Nov, 2012, organized by All India Management Association (AIMA), Doctoral Dissertation Competition. She has exposure to implementation and interpretation of Psychometric Tests. She has invited guest lectures (international) to her credit and has additional interest in writing for national dailies. She leads the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (E- Cell) of the The NorthCap University.
